Savor the flavor of truly fresh local farm produce.  All our local farm produce at EDEN Gardens and Farm is organically grown using the Ruth Stout method.

We pluck our vegetables at the height of maturity, ripened on the vine—not in the grocery store.

That’s because our focus is on flavor. Not on yield from over-farmed, over-tilled soil soaked with pesticides.

For these reasons, we call our farmstand produce: “EDEN’s Harvest to Home™.”

Please Note: Our designer home vacation rentals are set back approximately 400 yards from the EDEN’s Harvest to Home™ farmstand to allow our guests privacy. With few exceptions, the vacation rentals are open year-round for:

  • Registered guests,
  • Corporate, yoga, art, and other retreats

Our EDEN’s Harvest to Home™ hours will begin in late June.

  • Sunday, 9 am to 2 pm
  • Monday, Closed
  • Tuesday, 10 am to 2 pm
  • Wednesday, Closed
  • Thursday, 10 am to 2:00 pm
  • Friday, 10 am to 2:00 pm
  • Saturday, 9 am to 5:00 pm

We are closed for the holiday on July 4 (Independence Day) and September 4 (Labor Day).

Our Philosophy and Our Organic Farm

EDEN’s farm-grown produce is organic. Moreover, we apply the Ruth Stout method, a sustainable approach that allows natural ecosystems to flourish. The approach is beneficial for the land and people. It focuses on flavor, nutrition, health, and sustainability. It does not till the ground or drive for maximum yield from it.

For those of you who want to grow your own organic produce, we offer raised garden beds.
